Php 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. (7) And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Often when problems and heartaches arise in our lives we run to God and plead for Him to help us. However, when we turn over our problems to God in prayer we never truly let go of the problems and TRUST HIM. We pray and ask Him to make a way for problems to be solved, and after we say amen, we continue to stress and worry about our problems all day, week or maybe all month!
When you go to God in prayer and if you trust Him to move on your behalf and solve your problems, what you are truly doing is trading your stress and worry for His peace. After you are finished praying, all that you have to do is thank Him
for His faithfulness, because you are well convinced that He has the answer and that your problems are as good as solved!

In Hebrews 10:35 we are told “Do not throw away our confidence in God, because it is our confidence in God that will bring us a great reward.” So let go of your problems and let God solve them. Trust Him because is faithful and you will be
